How to take care of the origami work?
The natural surface of the origami paper is preserved by the application of high quality varnish, allowing the piece to be water resistant. But still.....
Handle your jewelry with care by avoiding direct contact with any moisture or liquids. Store it in a cool, dry place, and wipe the metal parts occasionally with a soft cloth if it is applicable.
Also, please avoid long time sunlight. No matter the type of paper, prolonged exposure to sunlight—especially ultraviolet (UV) rays—will cause it to fade, yellow, and become brittle.

I'm looking for an item. Can you let me know if it's available?
If you're looking for a specific origami work and it shows sold out, please use contact to reach out to me. There is no exactly the same origami work. Please consider this reach out as a commission, tell me your preference, like color, shape etc. I'll get back to you asap.
If you're looking for a print work and it shows sold out, you can still add it and check out. I probably just forget to adjust the inventory number.
How does a commission work?
If my work inspires you in some magic way, and you want a special custom piece. Please use commission to contact me. Tell me what you want, you can also send me the reference photos. I'll get back to you with price and production timeline. And I'll create a specific link for you.
Can I customize the size of the prints?
No. All prints are based on my original painting. Different size might cause unexpected changes to the overall visual presentation.
I do offer customized original painting. You can commission me to get the ideal size you want. But this is for original painting, not for the print.
Where are your art made?
I handmade all of them✧｡٩(ˊᗜˋ)و✧* . I live in LA. Maybe someday we'll meet at LA's art market.

When will my order be shipped?
Products will normally ship in 2-3 business days except commission. Commissions with extended lead times will ship together with the longest lead time noted.
When will I receive my order?
U.S. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS and typically arrive within 4-5 business days. Please allow up to 21 days for international orders.
Please contact me if you haven't received your mail after 5+ weeks since your shipping confirmation.
Can I order internationally?
Yes. I'm happy to make friends internationally (૭ ｡•̀ ᵕ •́｡ )૭. However, international customers act as the importer of record, which means you're responsible for confirming local certification requirements and covering any duties, taxes, and import fees. If it's too much trouble for you, you can consider place the order on Etsy.
What if I need to change the address?
Please contact me before you receiving any shipping confirmation.
What if I purchase multiple items together with different lead times?
Products will normally ship in 2-3 business days except commission. Commissions with extended lead times will ship together with the longest lead time noted. Should you prefer your order ships in its entirety according to the longest lead time, please let us know before your order is placed.
What if I purchase multiple times in a short time window?
You can contact me before you receiving any shipping confirmation email. I'm happy to merge your orders and refund the extra shipping fee.

What is the return policy?
All sales are final. Art works are made to order, so Caecaebae is unable to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact me with your name, order number, and photos of the damage or incorrect item. I’m happy to assist you!
What should I do if my order was lost / stolen or marked delivered but I didn't receive it?
Please contact USPS or your local mail carrier to see if your package was delivered to the wrong address. If there is no resolution over a week, please contact me with your order number and we can work something out!
